The new regulations ¿ the Council Tax (Variation for Unoccupied Dwellings)(Scotland) Regulations 2013 ¿ allow local authorities to levy double the usual council tax on properties vacant for more than a year. Local authorities are obliged to submit a council tax return to the Scottish government each year.
Give this context,can you tell me:
¿ How many unoccupied dwellings have there been in your council area for each year between 2014 and 2017? For each year,please break this down by the council tax band A-H.
¿ Is the council currently implementing the unoccupied dwelling policy,and if not,does it have plans to and when?
¿ If the council has already implemented this policy,please tell me how many properties have been affected for each year between 2014-2017,and in what tax band;

If possible under cost limits,
3) The number of public toilets that were available at the end of the following financial years: 2004/05; 2009/10; 2014/15.
If gathering information for 3) would exceed cost limits,I'd still like answers to 1) and 2).
If it is not possible to identify the number available at the end of any particular financial year,I'd be happy to accept the number available at some point during that financial year.
I am happy for you to include both toilets which are the council's responsibility and those available through third parties under "partnership" agreements,as long as this is done for all years (or none). However,if you do so,please indicate (for each year) how many of the total are the council's responsibility,and how many are available under "partnership" agreements.
